Warranty For Parts & Repairs
BlindSaverATX warrants to the original purchaser that products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for sixty days. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Freight charges are not included.
This warranty do not include any conditions, cover any losses or damages resulting from (1) abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, normal wear and tear, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, water, acts of God, and war (2) the color change that occurs with the passage of time, and/or (3) failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. These warranties do not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall BlindShadeMotors.com be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Returns & Exchanges
Before sending any product back, you must contact BlindSaverATX and receive a return authorization number and ship-to address for any returns. All products that were not cut to size such as (cord, string, ladder tapes, etc) that have been pre-authorized for return within thirty days of purchase are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We don't accept returns on drapery hardware unless we sent the wrong part or the part is found to be defective.
Cancellations or Modifications
Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to shipping. Parts orders usually ship within one to two business days. Please contact us for order status to make any adjustments.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order immediately open and inspect for freight damage. If any parts found to be damaged or defective please notify us immediately via e-mail in order to expedite your re-order
Coupon must be used at time of checkout and no discount will be given on phone orders, previous orders or orders that have already been processed. Coupon code must be entered by customer as instructed at bottom of Shopping Cart. Discount taken on product only. Can not be combined with any other offer or wholesale discount.
